RASS presents, in a continuous series for the period from July through December 2026, the edition “Social Security as Public Policy in the Social Order of the Constitution,” bringing together reflections on the foundations, challenges, and prospects of health care, social security, and social assistance. The studies reaffirm Social Security as a constitutional commitment to human dignity, social justice, and the reduction of inequalities.
